What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute strategic vision and direction for the Benefits and Underwriting businesses, achieving growth targets and profitabilitySpearhead expansion initiatives and identify new market segments and product opportunitiesAnalyze industry trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory changes to formulate actionable strategiesCultivate a results-oriented culture, fostering collaboration and continuous improvementBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders and represent the employer's interests in industry discussionsWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7+ years of work experience in Commercial Insurance coverages and Employee Benefit SalesBachelor's degree requiredRequired state A&H and / or benefits licensesProven ability to achieve annual budgeted growth and retention targetsStrong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor strategiesHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
