Description

The Apple News Puzzles Editor will create daily puzzles, edit puzzle features, contribute to original game development, perform daily curation in the app, and work cross-functionally with other members of the puzzles team.

Responsibilities

• Daily curation of puzzles and word games.
• Work with vendors and Apple News editors to ensure publication deadlines are met.
• Write sharp and engaging display copy and push notifications to promote puzzles and word games with the Apple News audience in mind. Work with our copy editors to ensure your work meets all aspects of our house style.
• Never stop iterating. Use a variety of data and analytics to optimize for product KPIs.
• Surface bugs and other performance issues.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,200 and $193,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
