The San Diego office is seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded  Civil Engineer  with 0 to 5 year’s experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Expected Base Salary : $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company / team / personal performance.
• Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.

Qualifications

This position is not eligible for sponsorship. No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position.

Expected Salary Range $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 based on experience.
