Now Hiring : Budtenders (Full-Time) La Mesa, CA

Pay : $17 / hr + Tips | Health, Dental, Vision, PTO

Do you love cannabis and have the knowledge to back it up? EMBR is hiring Full-Time Budtenders to join our passionate, professional team in La Mesa, CA. If you're customer-focused, cannabis-savvy, and ready to grow in the industry we want to meet you!

What You'll Do :

  • Deliver personalized, educational, and friendly service to every customer
  • Guide guests through product selection based on their individual needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area
  • Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Follow compliance protocols and ensure all regulations are met
  • Work 35 shifts / week (58 hours each) between 6 : 30 AM 9 : 30 PM
  • Be available weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings

What We're Looking For :

  • Cannabis knowledge required (strains, products, consumption methods)
  • Budtending experience preferred, especially in a licensed dispensary
  • Must be 21+ with valid CA ID
  • 2+ years of customer service; 1+ year of retail sales
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must pass a criminal background check (LiveScan)
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus!
