  • EMBR is hiring Full-Time Budtenders to join our passionate, professional team in La Mesa, CA .

If you’re customer-focused, cannabis-savvy, and ready to grow in the industry — we want to meet you! 💼 What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver personalized, educational, and friendly service to every customer Guide guests through product selection based on their individual needs Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area Handle cash and transactions accurately and responsibly Follow compliance protocols and ensure all regulations are met Work 3–5 shifts / week (5–8 hours each) between 6 : 30 AM – 9 : 30 PM Be available weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings ✅ What We’re Looking For : Cannabis knowledge required (strains, products, consumption methods) Budtending experience preferred , especially in a licensed dispensary Must be 21+ with valid CA ID 2+ years of customer service; 1+ year of retail sales Excellent communication and multitasking skills Detail-oriented and able to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a criminal background check (LiveScan) Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus! 💚 Why EMBR? $17 / hr plus tips Full benefits package : Health, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off Work with a knowledgeable, supportive, and motivated team Professional work environment with growth opportunities Make a real impact in your community and the cannabis industry 📌 How to Apply : Submit your detailed resume (especially dispensary-related roles) No phone calls, please — we’ll reach out for an interview if selected Join EMBR and help redefine the cannabis retail experience.
