Position Overview

The Client Relationship Advisor I is an integral part of the Client Services team within HdL Texas. Reporting to the Client Relations Manager or Supervisor, this role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients. The Advisor supports client meetings, executes procedural tasks, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality service aligned with HdL’s mission.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Client Satisfaction

Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication with assigned clients.

Execute assigned procedural tasks related to Client Services and Sales Tax support.

Work closely with team members to support shared goals and service standards.

Apply foundational knowledge of Client Services and sales tax.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this Austin or Houston, Texas position is expected to be between $71,513.30 to $76,879.80 annually . Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
