In this role, you will play a pivotal role in advancing AI-assisted therapy by designing, deploying, and scaling generative AI solutions that directly improve patient care. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Data Engineering, and Application Engineering—to integrate cutting-edge AI ethically, reliably, and effectively. Accountabilities
As an AI Engineer, your responsibilities will include :
- Designing, prototyping, and deploying generative AI solutions that enhance therapy experiences for providers and patients.
- Building and scaling robust data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
- Developing production-ready AI-powered products while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory standards.
- Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining deployed AI systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Application Engineering, and other teams to deliver impactful AI features.
- Contributing to long-term AI strategy by identifying opportunities to expand the platform’s AI capabilities and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring :
8+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or platform / infra engineering.5+ years of professional experience with Python and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).5+ years of experience with CI / CD pipelines, software configuration, build, and deployment processes.1+ years of hands-on experience building production-ready AI products using foundational AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector databases (Pinecone, MongoDB, Milvus).Proven ability to collaborate with Data Engineering teams to design scalable and efficient pipelines.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.Experience in regulated environments, healthcare, or mental health domains is a plus.Familiarity with TypeScript, event-driven architectures, and early-stage product development is preferred.Benefits
