Plant Manager - solid Manufacturing experience

Each solution is custom engineered to provide optimum efficiency, reliability and productivity and backed by comprehensive aftermarket services. Our firm has been engaged in searching for a Plant Manager to be located in Quad Cities.

The Position

The Plant Manager assumes overall responsibility for improving performance in safety, productivity, delivery, as well as financial P&L, and production quality. The Plant Manager is also responsible for continuously improving processes through CI activities, lean initiatives, employee involvement, drive and monitor the KPIs.

Leadership

• Will coordinate resources to satisfy both internal and external customers; to deliver superior products and quality service in a fast-paced environment that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations
• Oversees and directs all operations departments including Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Customer Service and Manufacturing Engineering; directs operations personnel in optimization of plant facilities and assigns maintenance priorities
• Promotes the utilization of statistical and process visual measurements to manage the operation and deliver customer satisfaction and world class quality
