Responsibilities
- Review and analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects ranging from [insert project size / type]

- Create and maintain historical cost data and pricing databases
Project Planning & Coordination

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, ORMinimum 3-5 years of construction estimating experienceProven track record of preparing accurate estimates for similar project typesTechnical Skills
