What You'll Do

• As the Documentation Support Specialist, you will review comanufacturer and supplier documentation to ensure compliance with all company, regulatory, quality, and food safety standards. This role oversees documentation across the supply chain, including packaging, raw material suppliers, and USDA manufacturers, ensuring every sourced and produced item meets requirements.
• You will work closely with suppliers and internal departments to maintain accurate records that support operational excellence and compliance by addressing documentation issues and conducting audits.
• This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Quality Engineer.
• Oversee the collection, organization, review, and retention of all supplier documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring consistency by proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
• Perform regular reviews of documents to ensure they are accurate, up to date, and compliant to all regulatory and company requirements.
• Partner closely with internal operations groups including manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement to support various projects and process improvements.
• Track and report weekly and monthly compliance metrics to supplier quality scorecard.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution.
• Develop deep expertise in the document management system and serve as a key resource for the team.
• Ensure documents are properly stored, updated, and any gaps are communicated internally.

Compensation

The anticipated hiring base compensation range is $77,000 - $85,000 USD annual, plus equity. The exact offer is based on location and experience. This range reflects NYC market data and may differ outside NYC.
