AllGear Digital, whose leading portfolio of outdoor active lifestyle brands included GearJunkie, The Inertia, Switchback Travel, iRunFar and BikeRumor, is seeking a seasoned video producer to join our in-house content studio, AllGear Studios. This position is full-time and ideally works hybrid from our Los Angeles, California office. Highly qualified and experienced remote candidates in the western United States will also be considered. Compensation will be based on skills, experience and geography, and is expected to fall in the $75,000-110,000 per year range.

Collaborate with AllGear Digital team to plan, execute, and deliver organic and branded content video projectsDevelop shot lists, storyboards and paper editsSchedule shoots and timelines, including building production and post-production schedulesWork on-set and on-location to deliver just-in-time video productManage freelance talent as neededUnderstand platform trends and best practices (YouTube, Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook) ensure video content is optimized for various digital platforms and devicesKnowledge of technical specifications and ability to optimize video content for intended release platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Tik-Tok, and FacebookRepresent AllGear Digital Studios in sales and other client-facing meetingsUse analytical tools to evaluate and improve own workNecessary Skills :

5+ years of production experience, preferably at a media network or production houseStrong portfolio & reel showcasing a variety of work samples and projects, including branded contentExperience producing with small- to- medium size crewsStrong client-facing communication and internal collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledgeable about cameras and audio equipmentAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of projectsExcellent eye for detail and a keen sense of aestheticsBachelor’s degree in Film, Media Communications or related field (preferred)About AllGear Digital :
