Lead Financial Analyst
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be supporting Stryker's Joint Replacement division for manufacturing / operations and play a key role as a business partner, influencing daily decision making over production businesses.
What you will do :
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports to operations and senior leadership, providing clear insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Act as a key business partner to manufacturing teams, using data-driven analysis to support operational planning and cost management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing processes.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance against forecasts, identifying trends and recommending actionable improvements.
- Support the monthly close process, including journal entry preparation, review, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in developing and tracking annual budgets and quarterly projections, contributing to long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and interpret financial statements, tax reports, and internal / external reporting packages for leadership and regulatory needs.
- Lead portions of the annual standard cost-setting process and coordinate financial audits, ensuring alignment with corporate and global accounting policies.
What you need : Required :
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent4+ years of finance or accounting experiencePreferred :
MBA / CPA1+ year of Public AccountingThis is a hybrid role with an expectation to be onsite at the Weston location 23 days per week.
