Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a passionate team that is committed to innovating towards even greater efficiency and effectiveness in future endeavors.

Pay Rate : $26 - $31 / hr.

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 7 : 00 AM-3 : 30 PM or Monday-Friday 3 : 00 PM-11 : 30 PM plus overtime and weekends depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure safe, efficient operation of distribution center equipment through preventive maintenance and rapid issue resolution. Perform mechanical / electrical repairs, diagnostics, and system upgrades while maintaining OSHA / NFPA compliance. Coordinate contractors, lead projects, and maintain facility systems (fire, building management) to support production readiness.

What We're Looking For :

• 3-5 years of maintenance / mechanical technician experience.
• Previous success in completing mechanical / electrical training programs; moderate to advanced mechanical and electrical knowledge base.
• Training qualifications in maintenance disciplines
• Must maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• High School Diploma / GED is required
