In this full-time, day-shift position, you'll work directly with patients in our Behavioral Health Unit, delivering high-quality care and compassionate support to those navigating mental health challenges.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on stabilizing, treating, and supporting each patient's path to healing — with strong leadership behind you and a workplace that feels like family.

Behavioral health experience is a plus — but if you're passionate about mental health care and ready to learn, we'll support your transition.

Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse utilizes the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

The RN responds to life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions.

The RN organizes care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating, and communicating with all necessary Providers / Leaders on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

RN Licensure

BLS
