Position Description :

This position involves organizing and processing student records according to provided written instructions. Individuals must arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain attention to detail throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sort through student record files provided by the facility.
• Follow written instructions to identify and save specific data from each record.
• Place retained files into designated boxes for filing.
• Place non-retained files or data into shred boxes for secure disposal.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and organization throughout the work process.
