Job Summary

The Student Choral Library Assistant is responsible for assisting in the organization, maintenance, and promotion of the choral library’s collections and resources. This role contributes to organizing and curating MGA’s vast collection of choral music and supports student and faculty access to scores, recordings, and digital archives.

Responsibilities

• Add titles to the digital catalog of the choral library
• Modify titles in the digital catalog of the choral library
• Place music scores in the choral library in appropriate storage packets
• Retrieve music from the choral library
• Create folders for MGA choirs using titles from the library
• Return used music to the choral library
• Other duties as assigned by the choir director
