Job Title : Administrative Assistant II

Position Summary :
The Administrative Assistant II is a developing professional who is expanding their capabilities in higher-level administrative and support functions. This role involves performing complex, repetitive clerical, secretarial, and data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute advanced clerical tasks including typing, filing, dictation, and data entry.
- Verify quality of work and perform routine calculations.
- Prepare forms, reports, sketches, and diagrams.
- Operate various office equipment and use personal computers to compile reports and orders.
- Maintain daily production reports and assist visitors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and office space logistics.
- Support presentation development using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Track, maintain, and report on various inventories.
- Manage complex calendar integrations and scheduling for large groups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Visio and OneNote are a plus).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Experience using electronic calendaring systems for scheduling.Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a specialized or functional area.Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
