job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRole Overview Sprinklr created the category for enterprise social media management and we’re seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to lead our global social media presence across owned platforms. This individual is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive social media strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership. The company is going through a transformation, and this individual will have the opportunity to design and implement new social strategies and content programs for the brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative thinker with deep experience managing social media for enterprise brands (B2B or B2C), and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on enterprise brands (B2B or B2C).Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand voice and tone. Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprinklr platform experience a plus). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience working in-house at a large enterprise or at a leading agency supporting enterprise clients.Background / experience as a social content creator is a plusThe base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package : the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and / or equity plan, depending on role.
