Job Summary : The role will take lead on installing 1kW- 30kW residential solar systems and overseeing the installation process of a solar crew. This is an advanced installer position that requires prior solar installation experience, strong verbal communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Job Duties :

• Assisting Crew Lead in plan review
• Ability to perform installs from conduit to roof
• Ability to run through electrical wires
• Installing DC and AC equipment per plans and local codes Commissions PV systems safely
• Assisting Crew Lead to keep installers on task
• Assisting with system designs and procurement for residential systems
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Crew Lead and / or Regional Operations Manager (ROM)
