Position Summary
The Recruiting and Certification Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and certification of Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Parents, including responsibility to train / teach TFC Parents. The Recruiting and Certification Specialist also understands community relations as well as the Re-Education Philosophies and Community Based service components.
The Recruiting and Certification Specialist travels extensively.

Clearances : State Police; FBI clearance; child abuse clearance; CPSL Mandated Reporter-Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse training; any additional background checks / clearances required by state governing bodies.Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.Must have current MD Social Work LicenseWorking Conditions

Bachelors or better in Human Services or related field.
Experience
2 years : Experience with the Foster Care system.
