Accounting Clerk II

Provides accounting and clerical support in an effort to deliver accurate and timely finance and accounting services in support of the Area Finance Manager.

We are looking for an Accounting Clerk II who relish the chance to push their potential and grow within the US FOODS family.

The pay for the position : $22.50 - $26.50 per hr. The starting pay rate is $22.50 / hr. Schedule : Full-time, Monday - Friday.

Main Ingredients of the Job : As a US FOODS Accounting Clerk, II performs intermediate-level accounting and administrative tasks to support financial operations. This role involves processing invoices, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The Accounting Clerk II collaborates with various departments to resolve discrepancies, assist with audits, and prepare financial reports. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software are essential for success in this role.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

What you bring to the table :

Education / Training : A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in accounting or business is a plus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $22.50 and $26.50 per hour. This role will also receive overtime compensation.
