Strong understanding of assembly instructions, blueprints, and quality standards. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work overtime as required (especially during peak seasons). Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical units and parts using hand and light power tools.
- Read and interpret production drawings and work instructions (both written and verbal).
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment to meet production goals.
- Assist team members to ensure a consistent and fluid assembly pace.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
