Assemblers should be willing to perform all aspects of the job, including assembly, disassembly, loading / unloading, cleaning, shop maintenance, and assisting others.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or higher
• Subject to background and drug testing
• Mechanical background and aptitude
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings
• Able to safely lift 50 lbs
• Achieve improvement and goal requirements during annual reviews
• Effective communication and ability to follow instructions
• Understanding of disassembly and assembly processes and documentation
• Ability to interpret drawings
• Recognition of product equipment and components (part numbers, descriptions)

• Follow safety requirements, including PPE use and rigging safety
• Adhere to shop processes and standards
• Support multiple areas of product assembly
• Self-sufficient in cleaning and preparing parts and paperwork

• Follow instructions from senior staff and management
• Continuously learn assembly and disassembly processes, project details, and paperwork
• Meet improvement and goal requirements during reviews
