The Job

As a Quality Manager, you'll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You'll lead all quality assurance and quality control activities within the facility. This role ensures that products, processes, and services consistently meet company standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and customer expectations. The Quality Manager will partner with operations, corporate management, and cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and compliance throughout the distribution center. This role requires both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver who can drive sustainable improvements across all DC functions.

• Provide leadership, planning, and oversight of the Quality Assurance department and its team members.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) across all DC operations, including inbound, order processing, and outbound.
• Establish, measure, and report on key quality business metrics to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Ensure instruments and equipment used for quality control are calibrated and traceable to national standards.
• Analyze and report quality control data through statistical methods, charts, and performance reports.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Lead root cause investigations for non-conformance reports and customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Represent the Quality function in process change reviews, technology implementations, and new system evaluations.
• Partner with operations leaders to establish effective quality objectives, identify risks, and implement best practices.
• Plan and deliver quality and reliability training programs across the organization.
• Oversee site ISO 9001 activities, including certification, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain the Quality Assurance Manual and ensure ongoing alignment with company standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other methodologies.
• Manage the site's quality budget, resources, and departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
