Travel Nurse RN - Labor and Delivery - $2,656 per week

TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington.

CLINICAL INTERVIEW

Active WA / Compact license.

Certs required :   ACLS, BLS, NRP

Experience required :   2  Years. Independent IV starts and lab draws from IV start, accurate vaginal exams, provide labor support, fetal monitor strip interpretation according to NICHD guidelines, strong ability to multi-task, communicate, comfortable with asking questions, and easily adapts to a new unit. We typically do not assign travelers to the triage role and do not require them to circulate unless they have previous experience.

no first timers. no block scheduling.

L&D floats to Mother Baby.  Mother Baby floats off the unit if needed.

ON CALL :  L&D takes 24 hours of call per 4 week schedule period.

Beds :  25 LDRP, 3 Obstetrical emergency room beds, 6 post-op / antepartum beds (4 rooms double occupancy)
