The Sales Coordinator position reports to the Resort Director of Sales and assists to Sales Manager with the coordination and creation of the sales leads as well as any office duties.

Answers phones; qualifies incoming inquiry calls and ensures all inquiries are dealt with accurately timely and in a professional mannerEffective at listening to understanding clarifying and resolving the concerns and issues raised by coworkers and guestsMaintain sales files in an organized fashion and as per specified standardsMaintain timely and effective paper flow and communication within the department and with other departmentsAssist managers on creative projects including proposals direct mail pieces invitations special events etcQuotes prices for meeting inquiries and works with respective Sales leadership at the propertyOrganize and prepare any daily / weekly / monthly reports and report correctly before the deadlineAssist guests and clients with small changes requestsMonitors / Orders office supplies and sales collateral to ensure we are properly stocked at all times with full packets of collateral supplies and promotional itemsConducts site inspections for the department as neededEnter group pickup in the sales system daily and enter preferred productions in the sales system monthlyOther items as they relate to the Sales and Marketing effort of the hotel as well as any other items as needed by the entire management staffPerform related duties or projects as assigned by the managementFollow corporate sales policies and house rulesWork possible weekends and Holidays based on business demandsBenefits :
