• Assessing patient conditions and creating individualized care plans\n
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed\n
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and medical information\n
• Providing wound care and necessary nursing interventions\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care\n

• A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)\n
