Summary
The Web Loyalty Product team leads design, development, and innovation of loyalty member experiences across Marriott.com, Marriott's flagship web experience used by millions of customers to find and book travel across our 8,000+ hotels and 34 brands, engage with the Marriott Bonvoy program, manage their loyalty accounts, and more. We are seeking an experienced digital product manager to help lead the continued activation of core loyalty capabilities across our web platform and drive continued experience innovations for new and existing members. Reporting to the Director of Product Identity, Access, and Loyalty Experiences, this role will play a key part in maturing Marriott's web product to help drive growth for Marriott Bonvoy overall.
This role will partner with key product, design and engineering leaders across the organization to help define and manage the web loyalty roadmap with a particular focus on expanding the value proposition for Marriott Bonvoy members on web and continually improving existing experiences including new member enrollment, onboarding, access, and more. This role will lead a cross-functional agile product team to activate against each aspect of the web loyalty roadmap and should be comfortable leading teams and managing communication across the broader organization for all aspects of the roadmap that pertain to loyalty experiences.
