Responsibilities for an Account Executive include :
Sales and Business Development - 80% office and 20% in market
- Develop and execute a sales plan for identifying leads and growing the customer base in your territory including generating prospects and building a consistent pipeline. Move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through closing stages.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to gain net-new business and grow existing clients.
- Accurately forecast and pipeline opportunities to achieve 100% goal attainment
- Analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions utilizing solid problem solving and consultative skills.
- Propose and negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet client needs and drive profitable growth.
- In-person visits to existing customers to maintain strong relationships (work collaboratively with Placement Coordinators on this).
- In-person visits to potential new clients, networking events, networking forums and job fairs.
- Understand how to identify safety concerns within a potential customer to avoid costly workers compensation claims.
- Accurately set up new customers , opportunities and job orders in Avionte, providing sufficient background to Placement Coordinators so they can fill those roles.
- Work closely with Placement Coordinators in the early weeks of a new customer to ensure a smooth transition .
- Together with Placement Coordinators, enjoy flexible schedules while covering for each other to achieve 100% coverage for each office Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
Qualifications / Success Indicators :
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates degree preferred.2+ years successful B2B sales experience. Experience in the staffing industry or selling services preferredAbility to float in both the Milwaukee and Hartford offices as neededStrong and effective teamwork with a willingness to collaborate on strategic initiatives to achieve company goalsExcellent communication skills : you have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form, and you have mastered the art of packaging communication to various levels of leadership.Excellent phone and strong customer service skills : you don't mind picking up the phone to make a call and you go out of your way to treat all people well.Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills, particularly with Microsoft and CRM.Strategic mindsetWorks well alone and driven to accomplish objectives with little to no supervision by responding to deadlines in a timely and professional manner.Colossal discipline and ambition with the skills to match : You aren't shy about where you want your sales career to take you, but you're not all talk either; you put your skills to work, day in and day out.Level of Physical Demand
