A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Solutions Support Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, develop, coach, and mentor a team of Solutions Support Engineers to provide exceptional technical support
Drive projects to improve team productivity and processes, while participating in incident retrospectives
Collaborate with internal teams and customers on escalations, ensuring timely resolutions and customer advocacy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing support engineering teams in a high-paced operations environment
7+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related fields
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Previous experience working with external customers
Experience with Kubernetes, system virtualization, and cloud computing technologies
