Position Summary

We expect you to be an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role will be challenging with room to grow and advance for a hard-working, go getter who wants to learn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Policy Renewals, Endorsements / Changes, Cancellations
  • Loss Run Requests
  • Client Invoicing
  • File Management
  • Certificates of Insurance

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft products
  • Knowledge of AMS360 Insurance Software a plus
  • Strong sense of business ethics including the ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Experience with multi-company / divisional highly desirable.
  • Exceptional time management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments.

    • Education and Licenses

  • 3 Years or more as a Commercial Lines Account Manager
  • Associates Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • P&C License is required
