About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a Head of Product Design, Web3 to lead the next phase of our design evolution. In this role, you will :

• Define how OKX scales Web3 experiences globally, bridging CeFi, wallet, and DeFi into one cohesive, clarity-first ecosystem.
• Shape design for key product areas like Wallet, DEX, Growth and Defi . Lowering barriers for millions of first-time users while serving advanced traders and institutions.
• Champion a design vision that balances trust, compliance, and usability with the creativity and speed of Web3 innovation.
• Drive adoption and engagement by unifying design systems, brand identity, and product experiences across markets — with particular focus on EMEA and US expansion.

This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to lead design for a platform that’s redefining finance, empowering people everywhere to participate in an onchain economy.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build, scale, and inspire a global product design organization across regions and time zones.

Create a unified design strategy for Web3 that aligns with OKX’s long-term "everything onchain" vision.

Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and R&D to deliver innovative and customer centric user experiences.

Lead design for DeFi, wallet, and growth products, driving adoption through frictionless experiences.
