We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for our Queens location office. You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of your assigned branch office.

Responsibilities :

  • Audit timecards for 150+ employees.
  • Communicate payroll yo Paychex, assign, and enter payroll to the appropriate job in the computer.
  • Handle distribution of paychecks and direct deposit to 150+ employees.
  • Accurately record and reconcile employee benefits deductions / garnishments such as IRA, Insurance, Unions, etc.
  • Generate reports for Union payments and review Union audits.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and manage Union training and payroll guidelines.
  • Distribute weekly Toolbox agenda to the field employees.
  • Perform other tasks, as assigned by the management team.

    • Qualifications :

  • .5+ years union payroll admin (or similar) experience.
  • Construction company experience is a MUST.
  • Paychex knowledge / proficiency.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
