We are looking for an experienced IT Security Specialist with advanced knowledge of Tanium to enhance and maintain security across enterprise systems. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in safeguarding digital assets by implementing security measures, addressing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize Tanium to strengthen security measures and ensure compliance across Windows workstations, VDIs, and server environments.
• Collaborate with IT leaders, application owners, and technical teams to define priorities and execute remediation strategies.
• Generate and analyze detailed Tanium reports to identify risks and track the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Oversee and document remediation tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
• Apply advanced security hardening techniques to enhance system protection and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Stay informed on industry standards and frameworks related to endpoint security and vulnerability management.
• Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders regarding the status of remediation efforts.
• Implement best practices for local administration and system security to maintain a secure infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in Tanium, including certification in Tanium .
• Strong understanding of data privacy, database security, and cyber governance principles.
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity strategies and endpoint protection.
• Proficiency in analyzing computer files and identifying security vulnerabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Familiarity with industry standards for security compliance and vulnerability management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure thorough documentation of processes.
