Cybersecurity Director

A company is looking for a Director of IT Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives

Oversee risk management processes and ensure protection of digital assets and workflows

Lead incident response efforts and manage the deployment of security tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years in IT security roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are beneficial

Proven experience in managing global IT security teams and incident response planning

Deep understanding of current cybersecurity threats and best practices
