We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented VP / Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our SaaS solutions. You will define positioning and messaging, own product launches, enable sales teams, and drive adoption and growth across key market segments.

As a critical bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, youll shape how our solutions are perceived in the market, influence roadmap decisions with competitive and customer insights, and deliver compelling campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

Positioning & Messaging : Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with target personas and aligns with customer pain points and business value.

Go-to-Market Strategy : Plan and execute successful product and feature launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Sales Enablement : Create sales tools, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and training to enable the sales team to convert leads and close deals.

Market Intelligence : Conduct customer research, win / loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and improve positioning.

Content Development : Collaborate with content and demand gen teams to create high-impact assetswhite papers, case studies, web content, webinars, etc.

Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner closely with Product Management, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align messaging and ensure cohesive customer experiences.

Metrics & Optimization : Track key product marketing KPIs such as pipeline influence, campaign performance, feature adoption, and churn impact.

Requirements :

58+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with at least 3 years in SaaS or cloud-based solutions.

Proven success developing and executing GTM strategies for enterprise or mid-market software products.

Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey, personas, and competitive dynamics.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value.

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot / Marketo, and product analytics platforms is a plus.

Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Background in vertical or persona-based marketing (e.g., marketing to developers, IT, or operations leaders).

Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) models and customer lifecycle marketing.

BENEFITS :

$85,000- $110,000 Base Salary DOE; $160K - $200K OTE, uncapped (Full commission structure to be discussed on a per person basis.
