Job Description
The Field Supervisor plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of commercial painting projects. This is an entry-level production role with room for growth into project management. The ideal candidate has hands-on painting experience, is comfortable traveling, and is eager to learn the operational side of the business.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and company leadership to ensure projects are completed to our standards while building the foundation for a future role in Project Management. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to jump in and paint when needed.

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Support the Project Manager – Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day responsibilities in the field. This includes checking in on active jobs to monitor quality, verifying that the scope is being followed, taking progress photos, and helping paint when needed.
- Travel to Job Sites – Travel out of town for up to two weeks per month to work on active job sites. You’ll be hands-on, painting alongside crews as needed to help meet schedules and keep projects on track. While on site, you’ll also check that work is being done to scope, prep standards are followed, and quality is maintained throughout the job.
- Quality Control – Visit active job sites to confirm that surface prep, cleanliness, and product application are being completed according to scope and meet our standards. Flag any issues early and follow up to make sure they get addressed before walkthroughs or closeouts.
- Paint Small Projects – Take ownership of small painting jobs like service calls, touch-ups, and one-day projects. These are typically too small to assign to a full crew but are important for maintaining customer satisfaction and keeping jobs closed out cleanly.
- Crew Support – Support crews during job start-ups and throughout production. Help make sure they understand the scope, prep standards, and expectations for cleanliness and efficiency. You may also assist with punch list items or help paint to keep things on track.

- Documentation – Use tools like CompanyCam to capture photos of site conditions, prep work, and progress throughout the job. Clear, consistent documentation helps keep the team aligned and makes it easier to track quality and accountability.
