Tra Mar Mechanical, a Crete United Company is a Mechanical Solutions service provider in Northern Colorado Market. Headquartered in Greeley we provide service, maintenance, retro fit, tenant finish, new construction and sustainable energy products to small and large building owners, managers and agents including commercial, healthcare, institutional and municipal. The Sr. Service Technician is responsible for completing HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs independently. Tasked to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install commercial HVAC and related equipment, you will work from customer premise in support of project-based contractual requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Job Description
- 5-10 years experience in commercial HVAC service.
- Ability to train and develop junior technicians
- Experience with commercial, multi-family and residential service calls and projects.
- Must have a basic understanding of Rooftop Units, Split Systems, and Ductless Systems,
- BAS Controls, Troubleshooting Cooling Towers, and Chillers.
- Must be able to perform Preventative Maintenance, Diagnosis and Repair of these systems.
- Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them remarkable service.
- Communicating with customers and managers regarding service findings is essential.
- Person interested in a career and not just a job.
- Ability to excel within a team environment and willingness to help in all areas of the business.
- Possess and respect a safety-first attitude, as safety always comes first at Tra Mar Mechanical.

Consistently checks system operations and safety and limit controls after leaving job locationsEnsures customers’ questions / concerns have been addressed after leaving the work siteUses proper tools and instruments while troubleshootingIncorporates solution techniques to assist other service representatives and helps resolve issues and customer problemsSchedules arrival and departure with customersCommunicates tactfully to offer suggestions if system problems are caused by the customerDemonstrates ability to determine priorities based on a call schedule, responding to inadvertent interruptions, carrying proper tools and materials, and scheduling vehicle maintenancePromptly and accurately completes all required paperworkKeeps supervisor and manager informed of new developments, changes, or customer complaintsBenefits :
