Job Summary

The Associate Project Coordinator assists the project management team with the needs of project related support associated with both Custom Switchgear and Advanced Electrical Services (AES) product lines.

What You Will Do

• Assist the project management team by supporting project and production needs, including material ordering, shipping coordination, documentation, and other project-related tasks as required
• Track progress against program schedules and goals, and help develop solutions to address program-related issues
• Coordinate customer visits, factory witness testing, training sessions, and conference room arrangements
• Organize catering, meals, and provide recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and other local amenities

Summary Pay Range : $71,040.00 - $106,440.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
