Attorney

We're looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience in general liability defense litigation , including areas such as :

  • Construction accident defense
  • Property damage litigation
  • Premises liability matters

The ideal candidate will be capable of managing their own caseload - handling all phases of litigation from discovery through trial - with confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage a full caseload in general liability defense
  • Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and appear in court
  • Draft and review pleadings and discovery responses
  • Provide clients with strategic legal counsel and updates
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in general liability defense litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and deposition skills
  • Admission to practice in New York (New Jersey and / or Connecticut admission a plus)
  • Proven ability to handle cases independently and meet deadlines
