Overview

We’re looking for one smooth-talking, quick-thinking, eagle-eyed, organizational ninja to join Sail Away Media as a full-time Account Manager & Digital Strategist. Type : Full-time, fully remote (USA or CANADA). Location : Anywhere, but must be able to work during EST business hours.

Immediate start! Starting wage $55,000- $65,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy of 10-15 different client accounts with the support of a pro media buyer, graphic designer, and copywriter
  • Handle all client communication for your roster of accounts
  • Smoothly onboard new clients and keep them in the loop on project status
  • Handle digital strategy planning sessions with clients
  • Client weekly reporting on campaign performance
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and quality is maintained on deliverables
  • Work closely with the Sail Away Media team virtually using Slack, Asana, and on team and 1 on 1 meetings

Role KPIs

  • Assumed launch dates are met and client requests are fulfilled
  • Clients are happy with our services and churn stays below 15%
  • Graphics and copy have no typos or grammatical errors
  • Client questions and requests are answered before close of business day

    • Qualifications / Characteristics

  • Experience working as an account manager in the digital marketing space
  • Ideally have experience working within a remote agency or media company
  • Have a strong background in digital marketing, Facebook advertising, and social media
  • Be extroverted and able to quickly establish rapport with people
  • Be able to think quickly on their feet
  • Passionate about social media and digital marketing
  • Tech-savvy
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Extremely organized and deadline driven
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Business Manager

    • Note : We’re looking for candidates who know their Reels from their TikToks and their CPMs from their CPCs.
