Project and Solutions Delivery Specialist

Responsibilities
The Project and Solutions Delivery Specialist is responsible for all aspects of assigned work efforts including components of project management, business and data analysis, servant leadership, documentation, and potentially light testing. This position acts as a liaison between multiple cross-functional delivery teams and requires collaboration, teamwork, and communication. This role will focus on helping teams organize, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions as quickly as possible, while maintaining high-quality output and ensuring solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders.
Apply adaptive project management and business analysis practices customized to fit stakeholder needs
- Coordinate and support projects and other work efforts across multiple functional areas.
- Help define project scope, objectives, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders; provide proactive communication based on the needs of the individual or group
- Facilitate project participant meetings, and any stakeholder and solutions team's meetings.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements using appropriate requirement elicitation techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain delivery timelines, resource plans, project estimates, and project risk, issue, decision, and dependency documentation
- Proactively assist cross-functional team(s) in removing impediments; help drive process improvements
- Maintain project plan and work assignments in project management software
- Create status update reports to provide relevant and timely information regarding project and delivery performance
- Assist in executing testing activities to ensure that solution meets customer requirements, is of high quality, and meets regulatory compliance if applicable
- Work with the business users to validate functionality meets the acceptance criteria outlined in user stories
- Ensure functionality and stability of a system prior to deployment to production
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required3+ years of experience in business or data analysis, project management, Scrum Master or AGILE methodologies preferredPossesses the ability and willingness to proactively learn additional new skills to support business needs, the financial industry, business or data analysis, project management / coordination, and servant leadershipUnderstanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) desiredPractical experience in critical thinking, problem solving, and negotiationAbility to quickly and successfully embrace change, handle multiple priorities, and respond timely and effectivelyStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional project teamsExperience with M365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, project management tracking, and planningPossesses a high degree of situational awareness, a proven track record of adaptability, and an appetite for continuous improvement to foster organizational alignmentStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skillsFinancial industry knowledge preferredNISA's culture encourages collaboration and innovation.
