job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFull medical benefits 401(k) eligibility Strong focus on workplace safety and employee well-being True temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Supportive team environment with strong employee tenure Set up, clean, and maintain plastic injection molds Monitor production for quality and efficiency Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed Complete accurate production documentation Support lean / continuous improvement efforts Train and mentor other technicians 3+ years of injection molding / manufacturing experience preferred (or certification in lieu of experience) Strong knowledge of plastics processing and molding defects Experience with robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or hot runner controls a plus Able to read mechanical / mold drawings Team-oriented, detail-driven, and safety-focused High School Diploma required; must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing or sitting for long periods
