The Senior Manager, Platform Engineering leads the design and delivery of the shared systems, data architecture, and service orchestration that power our entire product portfolio. This role is responsible for shaping a first-class platform layer - one that enables commercial teams to build faster, scale more efficiently, and deliver modules that interoperate cleanly across domains. The platform will support how we ingest, model, and exchange data; expose and manage internal and external APIs; and create the composable backbone of everything we build.
This person owns the platform roadmap in partnership with a dedicated product manager and manages a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to bring it to life. Together, they will create the foundational building blocks that support cross-product data flow, reusable service design, customer onboarding, and data interoperability. The platform team will own some user-facing components - especially where data enters and exits the system - but their mission is enablement at scale : making it possible for our products to evolve faster than the market.
This is a pivotal role in our transition to a modular, agentic, API-driven future - one where our platform architecture is not just behind-the-scenes infrastructure, but a reason our customers choose us. As AI-powered capabilities become more central to our portfolio, this role will ensure we have the right foundation to support agents, automation, and autonomy across the product landscape.
