Our client is a well-established GC with a strong presence across New England, known for delivering high-value public and institutional projects. They've recently secured a $54M hospital expansion and are expanding into the healthcare sector after years of success in the public space.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of a ground-up healthcare project
• Collaborate with the Springfield-based PM team to oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and safety protocols
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Support procurement and preconstruction planning
• Drive project milestones and resolve on-site challenges
• Uphold quality control and client satisfaction throughout the build
