Project Manager

The primary role of this position is to manage active customer orders from inception through completion to maximize return on sales and customer satisfaction. This position requires an individual who is interested in connecting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to : sales, application engineering, procurement, shop operations and executives. The person in this role will be responsible for managing engineered projects ranging in scope and complexity. Developing and determining the appropriate level of project management required for a given project based on the specific project attributes. This also includes supporting the development and tracking of key performance indicators, collaborating with factories to ensure adherence to contract requirements, schedule and pleasing the customer.

The secondary role of this individual will be to contribute to the development of a Project Management Office, as well as manage the execution of internal continuous improvement projects. This individual will be responsible for assessing and supporting process improvements for Engineered Business across market segments operations to help identify opportunities for streamlining processes, creating efficiencies, and developing metrics for continuous monitoring and controls.

• Project Management - Establish, document, and communicate effective project structuring, monitoring / tracking performance against milestones and deadlines, while keeping projections and expectations current and conveyed.
