Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize automation campaigns, including email creation, A / B testing, and reporting metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance audience segmentation and personalization strategies
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and efficiency in campaign workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification is required
5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in creating omni-channel automation campaigns and journey building
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
