It offers a base salary ranging from $23 to $28 per hour, with the potential to earn additional income through bonuses. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, is detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people navigate difficult moments with empathy and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
- Conduct initial consultations to assess case eligibility based on firm criteria
- Accurately collect and document sensitive client information in our case management system
- Provide clear, compassionate communication and address questions about our services
- Support marketing efforts through follow-ups and lead tracking
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
