This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a busy and well-established firm that handles a wide range of high-stakes defense matters.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Handle insurance defense litigation from initial pleadings through trial
• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other pleadings
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and support staff to develop case strategies
• Manage deadlines, case dockets, and communicate effectively with clients and carriers
