Who We Are
ClearSale is a Colorado-based real estate investment company that has purchased, renovated, sold, and wholesaled more than 2,500 homes across the Front Range over the past 24 years. We specialize in helping homeowners who cannot or prefer not to sell through the traditional MLS process.
We are entering a new stage of growth, building a revenue organization where sales and marketing directly drive company performance. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment that requires discipline, accountability, and strong communication.
We are looking for confident, professional inside sales talent who excel under pressure, embrace challenges, and consistently deliver results with both urgency and empathy. If you are motivated by clear goals, enjoy building strong relationships, and want to contribute to a company that values performance and integrity, this is the role for you.
Position Summary
ClearSale is looking for an Inbound Lead Manager (Independent Contractor, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM, MST Shift) who is friendly, responsive, and professional in their ability to connect with people over the phone. You’ll be the first voice many of our sellers hear—fielding inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries from homeowners who need to sell their house but cannot or prefer not to list with an agent. They turn to a direct house buyer like ClearSale to provide clear options.
Our sellers come from all walks of life—owners facing costly repairs, families relocating out of state, individuals managing inherited properties, landlords offloading rentals, and people navigating financial or personal challenges. Your role is to build quick rapport, understand their needs, and qualify them so our Account Executives can take the next step.
You set the tone for the first human interaction a seller has with ClearSale. This role isn’t just about qualifying leads—it’s about creating the beginning of the experience for every seller we serve. That first impression matters, and your ability to listen, empathize, and guide sets the stage for everything that follows.
This is a fully remote, contract-based role — Colorado applicants are preferred but not required. Our business operates exclusively in the Front Range, and we’ll help you understand the local market so you can build trust and credibility with homeowners from your very first call.
You’ll handle warm, inbound leads generated through our marketing and referral network. Success in this role comes from being highly responsive, organized, and confident on the phone. You must be dependable, professional, and committed to guiding sellers through their first step with ClearSale.
What You’ll Do
- Be the First Voice : Respond immediately to inbound leads via phone, text, and email. You set the tone for the entire seller experience and represent ClearSale from the very first conversation.
- Build Instant Trust : Approach each call with empathy, professionalism, and curiosity. Many of our sellers are navigating stressful or emotional situations—they need to feel heard before they can move forward.
- Qualify with Precision : Ask thoughtful, targeted questions to understand the seller’s situation, property condition, timeline, and motivation. Accurately determine if the opportunity is a fit for our buying strategy.
- Set High-Quality Appointments : Clearly explain who we are and how we work, then schedule qualified appointments for our Account Executives. Your job is to hand off opportunities that are teed up to close.
- Own the Front of the Pipeline : Keep Salesforce updated with detailed notes and accurate lead status. Follow up consistently, manage nurture sequences, and never let a good lead slip through the cracks.
- Stay Plugged In : Participate in daily team huddles, call reviews, and ongoing coaching. Work closely with Account Executives and the rest of the Revenue team to refine talk tracks, improve conversion, and keep the pipeline moving.
